Our Mission

"Retiree Activities Office-Cebu (RAO-Cebu) is an independent Retiree Activities Coordination Office and a satellite of RAO Subic Bay. RAO Cebu provides vital services to United States military retirees and their dependents living in the Cebu area. Our mission is to provide service to members and their family in times of need. Providing information and help in navigating difficulties in dealing with matters that are common among former service members. With a mission of also providing a secure FPO mail service to our members."
